The Gate Cambridge Scholarships was founded and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The foundation is willing to sponsor Postgraduate students interested in undergoing a Master’s or Doctorate program at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. 6. Hammad Bin Khalifa University Scholarships.
The Hammad Bin Khalifa University is located in Qatar. It may be surprising that this Arabic-speaking country makes this list. Although the official language of Qatar is Arab, English is still a basic language spoken in this country. According to Global Scholarships, Hammad Bin Khalifa University is one of the top five English-taught universities in Qatar for international students. The university offers fully funded scholarships to international students for Graduate programs, but this scholarship is very competitive and has limited benefactors. The Hammad Bin Khalifa University Scholarship does not also require IELTS.
