Just a couple of months after the demise of a former and first female Vice Chancellor of the University of Benin, Professor Alele-Grace Williams, the university is yet again thrown into mourning following the death of another former Vice Chancellor, Prof Osayuki Oshodin.
Although, there has been no official announcement by the family, a close member of the family however disclosed to Afrigrades that the former Vice Chancellor, 71, died in the early hours of Sunday 29th May, 2022.
We sincerely condole with the family in these trying times and the entire University of Benin community.
